Description
George III silver verge pair cased pocket watch, London 1800, the fusee movement signed Wm Hope, No. 45972, with pierced engraved balance cock, flat steel three-arm balance, silvered regulating disc and cylindrical pillars, the dial with Arabic numerals and minute markers. Unfortunately the hinge is broken on the silver frame opening to adjust the hands; otherwise, it is in working order.
