All disputes must be resolved between vendor and purchaser.

You the vendor should provide accurate and truthful information on all your items that you are selling on www.ukbiddingroom.co.uk, we are not responsible for authenticity, price, condition, size, payment, delivery or collection of any item.We do not accept any responsibility for any items sold to the purchaser which has got lost, stolen or damaged whilst being delivered by courier etc.

Please be careful when bidding, make sure you get all the information you require about the item from the vendor before you place your bid. Once you have placed your bid you can not retract the bid. All auctions last for 30 days unless the vender removes the item for what ever reason. [ sold elsewhere, changed their mind, someone offered them the price they wanted.] You can email the vendor and say you have changed your mind.

Instead of bidding for an item you like, you can make direct offers to the vendor and deal directly with him. If you are successful and he accepts your offer you deal with him by which ever means you both agree on.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where false information or misuse occurs or where we see fit. Without giving any explanation to the vendor or purchaser. We can remove any item listed we feel is not fit for our site without any explanation to the vendor or the purchaser [ but in most cases we will communicate with them.]

Which includes the internet, books, or magazines etc. As this could infringe copyright rules and the vendor or purchaser could be liable for prosecution.

This might be for maintenance, internet problems or circumstances beyond our control. If this does occur then we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
