The sale of any item or items auctioned off on this website www.ukbiddingroom.co.uk is both the vendor and purchasers full responsibility, and we do not get involved in any transactions of payments, condition of item, pricing of an item, disputes or commumication between the vendor or purchaser. All disputes must be resolved between vendor and purchaser.

• You the vendor should provide accurate and truthful information on all your items that you are selling on www.ukbiddingroom.co.uk, we are not responsible for authenticity, price, condition, size, payment, delivery or collection of any item.We do not accept any responsibility for any items sold to the purchaser which has  got lost, stolen or damaged whilst being delivered by courier etc.   

• The person who registered with us must at all times maintain complete confidentiality of their login details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where false information or misuse occurs or where we see fit. Without giving any explanation to the vendor or purchaser. We can remove any item listed we feel is not fit for our site without any explanation to the vendor or the purchaser [ but in most cases we will communicate with them.]

All items auctioned off on www.ukbiddingroom.co.uk must be the vendors own property, and photos and write ups of the item for sale must be original and not taken from any other source. Which includes the internet, books, or magazines etc. As this could infringe copyright rules and the vendor or purchaser could be liable for prosecution.

This website www.ukbiddingroom.co.uk can be shut down at anytime without any explanation to the public, vendors, or purchasers. This might be for maintenance, internet problems or circumstances beyond our control. If this does occur then we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We can carry out any alterations to this site without informing the general public, vendors or purchasers.

www.ukbiddingroom.co.uk is completely FREE to list any amount of items, except if you want to upgrade your advert to Boost, Homepage, Sponsored, or Featured there is a very small fee for two weeks worth of advertising. Please check this out when listing an advert in the auction.
